Odds, Stakes and the Bet Slip

Single, Multiple and System Bets

Single Bet

A single contains one selection.

A ₹1,000 single accepted at 1.80 has a possible total return of ₹1,800.

Multiple Bet

A multiple combines two or more selections.

Managing an Accepted Bet

Once a sportsbook bet is accepted, its market, selection, stake and price cannot normally be edited.

A confirmed single cannot be deleted because the bettor changes their prediction. A multiple cannot be modified by replacing or removing one leg.

Cash Out Availability

Rule-Based Cancellation

We can void a bet when the applicable rules require it, including cases involving:

Bet Settlement

A match-winner market can be completed shortly after the event. Other bets may remain pending while we check:

an official scorecard;
a player statistic;
participation requirements;
a corrected result;
an abandoned event;
a competition decision.

A market whose result was already determined can be settled even when the full event is not completed.

For example, a completed toss-winner market can remain valid if the cricket match is later abandoned. A full-match result may require an official outcome or be voided.

A settled balance can be corrected when the original result data was inaccurate or an authorised competition decision changes.

Postponed Events

A postponed event can:

remain open for the rearranged fixture;
be suspended until a new date is confirmed;
be voided with the stake returned.

The outcome depends on the sport, competition and settlement period in the applicable rules.

Different markets from the same fixture can receive different decisions. A market already determined before an interruption may be settled while another market is voided.

We use the event identity and official participant information rather than relying only on the displayed name. A simple name correction does not normally create a different selection.
How is a dead heat settled?

When two or more participants share a finishing position, the stake may be divided by the number of tied outcomes before the return is calculated. A market can use a different rule when stated in its terms.
Why is my available betting balance lower than my total balance?
